When Brooke inquired about a maternity session it was clear from the beginning that our visions aligned perfectly! When she started sending me inspiration I knew this darker backdrop would be perfect. Part of the whole experience of your portraits starts well before the session.
This beautiful couple, expecting their FIRST child, what could be more precious. And truly, these images are for their child and future children to have and look at for years and years to come. Such a beautiful time in their lives. I guided Brooke through the whole process and her images turned out SO DREAMY. Brooke took direction so well and her hair, oh my goodness her HAIR! I love love love long hair!
We had so much fun during our time together I honestly didn’t want the session to end. I kept shooting and shooting. I had to eventually let these two lovely people get back to their evening, haha!
Brooke and her husband also booked their babies Newborn Session with me, I can’t wait to share his images on the BLOG as well.
When booking your Maternity portraits, the sweet spot is around 30-32 weeks. I recommend contacting me as soon as you hit your second trimester to guarantee a session date. (Same with Newborn Sessions). I hate having to turn away people because of no availability, we only take a select amount for each month!
