The wait for this precious baby was worth every second. Her Mom just happens to be my best friend which is a bonus…. It wasn’t an easy delivery for her Momma. Her mother, Brittany had severe complications after Miss Callie was born and the doctors weren’t sure if she would pull through.

With the GRACE OF GOD, Brittany is now healthy, back to her normal self and thriving as a mother and wife.

A Blog post could never sum up the emotions I felt over those couple of weeks when I didn’t know if my best friend was going to come home from the hospital or not. A lot of prayer went into those days, a lot of hospital visiting and seeing her physical and emotional pain. I refused to meet her daughter before she could. It just wouldn’t have been fair. So, you can imagine when she came home from the hospital FINALLY I couldn’t wait to love on Callie. Without hesitation Brittany wanted me to come over to show her off! Every story isn’t the same, we all walk a different paths. Even though Callie and Brittany have a not-so-typical birthing story, it’s unique, and teaches us to persevere through life’s obstacles… ALWAYS giving thanks to our Father in Heaven for His GRACE and MERCY he showers upon us. Oh yea, she let me put her little girl in BLUE and MINT! Bonus!!!!
